How do I rename a list?

  • Tap the Edit button at the top right corner of the scene to switch to edit mode (the button changes to Done when you are in edit mode).
  • In edit mode, when you tap a list name, a dialog pops up allowing you to change the name. Tap Save to record the new name or Cancel to ignore any changes.
  • Finish up by tapping the Done button at the top right corner of the scene to leave edit mode.

Tip: Table Refresh

Did you know if you swipe down on a table in one of the apps, it triggers a synchronize operation that merges any changes in your data with backup copies saved on our cloud server. You should use synchronize to create and keep these backup copies up to date and to merge changes from your iPhone and iPad. Synchronize updates the app data on your Apple Watch if for some reason it become mismatched.

Pilot cList Changes in V1.4

New Features:

      • Toolbar.
When you tap on a list to check off items, there’s now a toolbar at the bottom of the scene. The toolbar contains four buttons. The ?⇔☁️ button lets you synchronize your lists with those backed up on our cloud server. ?➠✔️ clears all the checkmarks off your list so you can reuse the list. The ✔️? | ❌?✔️ button toggles between displaying your checkmarked items and hiding the completed items. Lastly there is an Undo button.
      • Undo.
Pilot cList now keeps a history of your checkmarks, swipes, and clears. If you inadvertently checkmark an item or grouped set of items or cleared all your checkmarks, tapping the Undo button will reverse the action. You can repeatedly tap Undo to erase each change made.
      • Watch Improvements.
The watch workflow has been improved. Previously, there was a short built-in delay after you checkmark an item to allow you to undo the action before the item disappeared from the screen. Now, with the new Undo feature, the delay has been removed and if you make a mistake you can swipe the screen to the left
        to undo the change.
Previously, the swipe left gesture would bring up a menu scene with buttons that allowed you to hide/show checkmarked items, cross out an item instead of checkmarking it, or clear all the checkmarks from a list. These functions are now available as buttons at the bottom of the list or as a menu revealed when you hard press
the watch screen for a couple of seconds.
The action of crossing out an item instead of checkmarking it has been streamlined. If you swipe the screen to the right then tap an item, the item will get crossed out.

Bug Fixes:

      • None.

Golf Target GPS Changes in Version 1.2

New Features:

    • Search courses.
You can now search the list of courses to see if someone has already
added course information to Golf Target GPS. Also, adding course
information has been improved. Now, you can type the name of the
course and touch a search button and the app will scan Apple’s
Points of Interest data. If a match is found, the course address, phone
number, and website are added to Golf Target GPS.
    • Course Info Convenience Buttons.
There are now buttons next to the course information that provide useful
functions. You can tap on the ? button to bring up driving directions
to the course. The ? button lets you call the course and the ? button
shows the course web site in Safari.
    • Add Tee Button.
A button has been added to the toolbar at the bottom of the new round scene
that lets you add tee information if the tees for the course don’t include
the one you are playing; e.g. you are playing from the blues, but only the
      whites have been configured.
    • Golf Course Country Name Saved.
Previously, when viewing the information about a course, the country was
always set to USA. Now, you can specify other countries in that field.

  • Fixes:
  • Addressed Crash Starting a New Round.
If you started a new round on a course that had no tee boxes configured,
the app would crash. Now it asks you if you want to create a score card
    for that tee box.
  • Fixed a Crash Marking Tee Box on Map.
If you changed the hole number when marking a tee box location, the
app would crash when you returned to the map scene.
  • Fixed a Crash Marking a Target on Map.
If you tried to create a target on the map before starting a new round,
    the app would crash.
  • Not Adding Player.
When you launched the app for the first time, it asks you to add yourself
to the list of players; your information wasn’t saved after you added
  • Changing Tee Selection.
If you started a round and used the edit score card feature to change
the tees being used from say Red to White, the score card was updated
however the tee box markers were not updated on the map.
  • Distance to Course.
If the distance to a course changed, that information wasn’t reflected
on the list of courses unless you exited the page and returned.
  • Stroke Information from Watch.
By default, if you recorded stroke information using your Apple Watch,
the distances weren’t applied to the club statistics; you had to manually
checkmark the stroke in the club statistics scene to include it. Now
strokes from the watch behave like those recorded from the phone and
    are included in the statistics.

Golf Target GPS Changes in Version 1.1

New Features:

  • Score Card on Watch.
You can now view your score card from your Apple Watch. A button at the bottom of the main watch scene lets you view your score card on the watch. If you are keeping score for multiple players, you can swipe right or left on the score card scene to view other players’ scores. If you tap on a score, the enter score scene is shown, allowing you to edit the strokes, putts, and penalties for that hole.

  • Crash Creating Targets.
Golf Target GPS sometimes crashed when creating target points.
  • Scorecard Cleared if Watch App Restarted.
If you force quit Golf Target GPS on the Apple Watch and relaunched it, all the scores on the scorecard would be erased.
  • Target Points not Deleted.
If you deleted a saved target point (by tapping the bullseye pin, then tapping the (I) info button for the shot, then tapping the trash can at the bottom of the scene), the the target point wasn’t completely deleted. If you played another round, that target point would reappear.

ShopIt Changes in Version 2.4

New Features:

  • Barcodes.
You can now scan barcodes instead of typing the name of shopping list
items. When you scan a barcode, ShopIt queries a public community based
database containing 1.9 million codes for the name and notes of an item.
If the item has been added by someone, ShopIt fills in the item name and
notes for you. If the item is new, you are given the opportunity to
contribute the information to help others in the community.

  • Editing Quantity on Watch.
If you edited the purchase quantity using the watch, the quantity was changed internally, but the number displayed on the watch was still the old value.
  • Purchased Items not Hidden on Watch.
If you tapped an item on the watch while shopping and you have Hide ✔️ enabled, the item wouldn’t disappear as quickly as it should have.
  • Cut, Copy, & Paste.
If you selected multiple items to Cut from a list only the first item was removed and if you Pasted multiple items, only the first was added.
Also, the clipboard wasn’t being cleared before Cutting or Copying items, so it would continue to accumulate items.

ShopIt Changes in Version 2.3

  • New Shopping Lists.
If you create a new shopping list and new item, the app would crash. If  you added an item to an existing shopping list that you had previously used for shopping, everything was ok. The crash occured if no previous shopping plans existed.
  • Cut, copy, & paste.
Selecting Cut, Copy & Paste from the edit menu would cause the app to crash.

ShopIt Changes in Version 2.2

New Features:

  • Apple Watch Performance.
Viewing a list on the watch now occur almost immediately when you select the list. In the prior release it could take a few seconds for the list to be displayed. The engine used to sync the phone to the watch has also been improved.

  • Shared Shopping Lists.
If you and a friend were sharing a shopping list and each of you independently created a shopping plan, after syncing only the last plan created would be visible; the first plan would be hidden until you finished shopping then it would reappear. Now, ShopIt detects multiple active shopping plans and merges them after a sync.
  • Item Order.
Sometimes the item order in a list would not be handled correctly; this was fixed in this release.
